About Us
RES is run by Lou Lista, the former Director of Systems for Medicaid and the originator of the
electronic Medicaid application process. Because of Mr. Lista's extensive experience at Medicaid
where he was closely involved with the development of the Welfare Management System (WMS),
the statewide computer system that administers Medicaid Eligibility, he has an intimate knowledge
of all facets of Medicaid and how to solve the most difficult eligibility problems. Mr. Lista also has
over 10 years experience as a consultant with Deloitte and Touche and now RES. Staff members
of RES include former Medicaid directors and employees with over 20 years experience. Our staff
also has extensive experience working as independent consultants and with Medicaid and
Medicare billing. We have our own collection division and have partnered with a law firm to go after
unpaid private pay and NAMI bills. Additionally, RES offers Medicaid eligibility automation software
for PCAP, community, hospitals, and nursing homes in New York City.
